2. Purpose

PlanDos is a free web tool that helps couples plan financial milestones (buying a car, moving home and having a baby) and log their monthly savings. The calculations are estimates based on the data each user enters and are not financial, tax, legal or any other kind of advice.

3. Terms of use

By accessing this site you accept this legal notice. Using the app with an account is also governed by the Terms of use, and the processing of personal data by the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

Users agree to use the site lawfully, not to damage, disable or overload the service, and not to try to access other users' data.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The design, code, texts and the PlanDos brand belong to their owner or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed for commercial purposes without prior permission. The data each user enters belongs to that user.

5. Liability

The owner works to keep the service available and working properly, but does not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. Each user is solely responsible for their own financial decisions; before signing a loan, a rental contract or any other significant commitment, we recommend checking the figures with a professional.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If the user is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence will have jurisdiction, in accordance with consumer protection law.
