Terms of use

These terms govern the use of PlanDos, a service provided by Arturo Puentes. By creating an account or continuing to use it, you confirm that you have read and accept them.

1. What PlanDos is

A free tool to estimate when a couple can afford to buy a car, move home and have a baby, and to log each month's savings. The default figures are indicative for Spain and each user should adjust them to their own situation.

2. It is not advice

PlanDos provides calculations and estimates, not financial, tax, legal or medical advice. The results depend on the data and assumptions you enter and may not reflect your real situation (taxes, interest rates, prices and benefits change). Before making an important decision, consult a professional.

3. Your account

  • You must be 18 or over.
  • Keep your password secret and protect your account's email address, which is used to recover it. If you suspect someone has accessed your account, change your password under Account.
  • You are responsible for making sure the data you enter is yours or that you have permission to use it.

4. Shared household

You can invite another person to your household. From then on, both of you can see and edit the same plan and monthly log. If one of you deletes their account, the joint plan stays with the other.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use PlanDos for unlawful purposes, try to access other people's data, send automated requests abusively or interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Price and availability

The service is free. We may change, extend or stop offering features. If we decide to close PlanDos, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can download your data. If paid features were ever offered, they would be optional and clearly explained before you sign up for them.

7. Liability

We provide the service with due care, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the financial decisions you make based on the calculations. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

8. Closing your account

You can delete your account whenever you want from the Account page. Before that, you can download a copy of your data. More details in the Privacy policy.

9. Changes to the terms

If we change anything important, we will ask you to accept the new version when you sign in. If you do not accept it, you can download your data and delete your account.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. For any question or complaint, write to hola@plandos.app.
